Very good price and tasty pho in Bay Area

This restaurant is in a strip mall along San Pablo Avenue, Richmond, totally non descript, you'd never know it existed except by word of mouth (or TripAdvisor). The food here is very good for the price, which is why it never lacks for customers. Come here if you are cold and want a steaming hot bowl of Pho! Ahh, the broth is always tasty and authentic (unlike other "budget" Vietnamese, where the broth can taste like dishwater). Try the Shrimp & Papaya appetizer salad with minced peanuts.

Everything was good The food and assistance was great but when I got my bill it said $12 of tips almost enough to buy a whole other plate! They dont even ask you if you want to leave tips they just charge it to your bill. The waiter was pushing me to order didnt give me enough time to see what I was going to order.
